What payment methods do you accept?
We support a number of payment methods including credit card, direct deposit, and PayPal. We operate in Australian dollars. Any payments made in foreign currencies may be rejected, or subject to an additional fee.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for credit card payments. Payments are processed instantly, and existing customers will generally have their services activated immediately (new customers may be subject to fraud checks).
Direct Deposit allows you to send funds directly to our bank account. We recommend allowing 2 business days for payments to process. Our details are as follows:

Failure to include your invoice number will require manual reconciliation and your payment may be delayed.
To pay your invoice by PayPal, login to the billing portal and navigate to your invoice. You may need to change the payment method to PayPal in the dropdown:
You may then click to make a one time payment with PayPal and follow the instructions.
Cheque / Money Order
We accept cheques and money order however do not recommend this as your invoice will not be marked as paid until the payment has been successfully processed — this can take up to 10 business days from receipt. If you need to pay via this method, you may post it to:

Please include a remittance advice or a copy of your invoice that clearly shows the invoice number so that payment can be applied to your account.
