Concordant Technology provides the ability to record both inbound and outbound on your Hosted PBX.
This can be done either on-demand (where you press a key to begin recording), or on an automated basis. Recording can be activated on a per extension, per queue, or per number basis. Recording can also be specified on an inbound or outbound only basis.
